FORT WORTH, Texas — National Farm Life Insurance Co (NFLIC) recently named Andie Almanza as a Customer Service Quality Control and Education Special. Most recently Almanza served on NFLIC’s new business team but has been with the company since 2006.

Senior Vice President for Marketing, Brad Coon expressed his excitement to have Almanza join his team. “We are very excited Andie chose to accept this new role. She has extensive knowledge of the company and years of experience in the industry, which she passes to others with an infectious level of energy and excitement. Her coaching and focus on quality customer service will provide a level of consistency and efficiency to our agents and policyholders we have not experienced in the past.”

Almanza’s new position is a first for NFLIC. Her role will require her to maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s products and processes, and effectively communicate them to new and transitioning employees. Additionally, she will provide feedback to customer-facing employees and evaluate customer service-related metrics to enhance the experience of policyholders and agents.

“Quality of service and readiness of our employees will become increasingly important as we continue to grow the company,” said Kyle McGregor, President and CEO. “This move is strategic and continues a commitment of good business for National Farm Life.”

Founded in 1946 in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, NFLIC offers products through more than 1,300 independent agents. Whole life insurance is the cornerstone product of the company and is complemented by a suite of financial services marketed to families across Texas.
